Winter Mountain Wedding ♡ One Year Together

In February 2020, we had no idea what is about to come and this winter mountain wedding of Martina and Štěpán was our last festive event in that first half of the year. On the other hand, this party was epic!

We met Martina and Štěpán in Autumn 2019 and we just knew, this wedding is going to be fun. Usually people say, they want to enjoy the wedding but then end up nervous and focusing on unimportant details that cannot be changed already. But that wasn’t the case of these two. They really wanted to enjoy their wedding day without exception.

First of all, they had great wedding planners - Lucie and Martina from Wedding Factory, who helped out with everything and second of all, there was a lot of slivovice. A LOT! The wedding supposed to be all white but as you can’t really buy the perfect weather, it seemed it will be more all wet&melted. However, the day before wedding, the snow came down miraculously and stayed only until the other day. Perfect timing though.

When Martina and Štěpán went for a first date, it was mulled wine what brought them together so when they said “yes” during the ceremony, mulled wine obviously had to be the first drink of their marriage.

At that moment, the party has started and it really wasn’t this kind of garden celebration with some mellow lounge music. Wallachian pies called “frgály”, already mentioned slivovice, live band, dancing grannies and devastated but happy kids. It was this kind of celebration.
